Vanguard Ag Systems — DropzoneRetail LLC Policy Framework

Standard Delivery Terms: All commercial CEA infrastructure shipments (HVAC, fertigation skids, benching systems, commercial lighting arrays) are fulfilled via heavy freight LTL carriers. Standard freight quotes include origin-to-destination transport only.
Offloading Requirements: Destination facilities must possess an operational loading dock or suitable forklift equipment. If dock or forklift equipment is unavailable, Liftgate Service must be designated prior to shipment dispatch.
Surcharges & Access Fees: Any redelivery fees, limited-access surcharges, residential delivery fees, or storage charges resulting from inaccurate facility information provided at quote submission will be invoiced to the buyer prior to final delivery authorization.
Delivery Inspection & BOL Sign-off: The receiving contact must thoroughly inspect all pallets and crating for physical transit damage before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL). Any visible damage or missing items must be explicitly noted on the BOL prior to driver departure. Claims for damaged freight cannot be processed without BOL notation.

Procurement Channel: Vanguard Ag Systems is building direct sourcing partnerships as a commercial procurement and logistics coordinator for verified original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
Technical Sizing & Design Clearance: Facility calculations, environmental load matching, electrical load specs, and layout engineering are provided directly by OEM engineering teams or buyer-designated licensed engineers. Vanguard Ag Systems does not perform direct engineering services, sizing guarantees, or local code compliance certification.
OEM Warranties: All product warranties, equipment performance guarantees, and technical service support are underwritten directly by the original equipment manufacturer.
